Email support@genjutsuai.pro with the account email, the approximate time of the issue, and what went wrong. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal footage.
Before generating
Use a clear 2–15 second H.264 or H.265 MP4/MOV video up to 50 MB, at 24–60 fps. Images must be JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB, and between 256 and 2048px on each side.
Credits and early access
Billing is not open. Generation requires account credits; email us to request early access. A credit estimate appears after valid references are uploaded. Failed provider jobs release their reserved credits.
Account or data removal
Email us from your account email to request account or media removal. Uploads and completed clips require your account login.
